CNY Cookies Year Bakes

Due to friend's special request during CNY, I baked more than 90 cans of pineapple rolls, almond cookies, salted egg yolk cookies n air fried crab sticks by myself to accommodate their orders, as well as for my own relatives n sisters.

Mini Fruit Tarts which I have baked it months ago, the colour of the fruits was brilliant, and the tart shells were super buttery, and the custard of super smooth, blends very well with the fruits and tart shells. It was so declicious eat it as a dessert.
